There have been a few users that have experienced problems uploading documents to Part 5. Nearly all have been using Internet Explorer. If this affects you, please use Chrome or Firefox.

If you need to contact the team to report issues using CURES then please provide as much detail as possible, for example:

  • Are you accessing the system from onsite or remotely?
  • Are you using a machine that was connected to the network (eg you logged in using ccnt credentials)?
  • Can you provide additional information relating to the machine you logged in from (eg ccnt machine name, laptop?
  • Browser being used (eg Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari)
